Wendy’s Varketili

Element FIT-OUT successfully completed the design and fit-out Works of another restaurant for the international American restaurant chain Wendy’s. Located in Varketili, Tbilisi, the facility stands out for its contemporary architectural and interior design.

The project was carried out for LLC “W-Geo Restaurants” and covers an area of 2,000 sq.m. The works were executed within compressed timelines and in full compliance with the international brand’s standards and technical specifications, ensuring high quality and operational efficiency.

Wendy’s is one of the world’s largest American restaurant chains, with more than 6,500 licensed restaurants across the United States and 27 other countries.

Completed in 2023, the project represents a successful example of a modern commercial space delivered in full alignment with the requirements of a global brand.
