Zurab Mzhavia is a top-level executive with many years of experience in the construction sector.
He graduated from the Georgian Technical University in 2014–2018 with a degree in Civil Engineering and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management from the same university in 2019–2020.
Zurab Mzhavia’s professional experience includes managing and delivering construction and fit-out processes for international hotels, office spaces, and various types of commercial facilities. He has successfully completed numerous projects for global brands.
Since 2025, Zurab Mzhavia has served as the Director of Element FIT-OUT. Under his leadership, the company expanded its services beyond Georgia and began operating in Uzbekistan the same year, marking an important milestone in Element FIT-OUT’s international positioning and strategic development.
