Caucasus University Campus (University and School)

The Caucasus University campus project in Batumi represents a significant milestone in the development of educational infrastructure in the region. The fit-out works are being carried out by Element FIT-OUT, while construction supervision and project management are provided by Element Construction.

The total project area covers 15,500 sq.m. The facility will be equipped with modern infrastructure, including a library, laboratories, sports grounds, and a swimming pool. The project also предусматривает the construction of a student dormitory. The Batumi campus will offer undergraduate and graduate programs, while its educational scope will be expanded with two new направления — the Caucasus Maritime School and the Culinary Academy. A training center will also operate within the university.

The project significantly enhances access to education in the region, supports professional development, and creates a learning environment aligned with international standards.
